Aurora Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Aurora ("Aurora," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurora governing your access to and use of our live streaming application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or create an account on Aurora. By creating an account or logging in, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts created by or on behalf of minors are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate permanent termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Aurora immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

Aurora strives to maintain a respectful, safe, and engaging environment. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Broadcasting, uploading, or distributing sexually explicit content, nudity, or non-consensual imagery.
• Harassment, bullying, defamation, stalking, hate speech, or threats of violence against any user.
• Engaging in illegal activities, promoting self-harm, or encouraging violence.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, self-gifting schemes, or attempting to artificially manipulate leaderboards and rankings.
• Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Virtual Items, Gifts, and Financial Terms

Aurora may make available virtual coins, diamonds, and gifts ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you, non-refundable, and have no monetary value outside the platform unless explicitly authorized through the official Aurora Streamer Redemption Program.

Streamers participating in monetization must comply with all tax laws, age verification requirements, and AML/KYC regulations. Aurora reserves the right to withhold payouts or revoke Virtual Items in cases of fraudulent activity or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software, branding, designs, graphics, audio, and visual assets associated with Aurora are the exclusive property of Aurora and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you broadcast or upload, but grant Aurora a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and stream your content across the Services.

Recording and screenshots

Viewers may not screenshot, screen-record, download or redistribute any live stream. Attempts to do so are detected and logged. Repeated attempts will remove the viewer from the stream without refund and may lead to suspension of the viewer's account.

7. Termination

Aurora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
