1. Digital goods

Coins are digital goods delivered instantly to your Aurora account after a successful payment. Once coins have been credited, the purchase is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

2. Payment debited but coins not credited

If your payment was debited but coins were not credited within 24 hours, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support with your order ID. Eligible amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Coins and cash

Coins cannot be converted back to cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

4. Creator diamond redemptions

Redemption of diamonds earned by creators is governed by the redemption terms in our Terms of Use.
